Returns Policy

We will happily accept the return of any stock or product which is damaged, defective or tampered with upon receipt. However, we will only accept the return of products for replacement within 14 days of delivery. Please return the faulty goods along with a letter outlining the problem. The cost to return any goods will be credited to you. Please include postage receipts with your goods return. Goods must be unused and in their original condition. Replacement will be subject to stock. If you instigate a return and stock is unavailable, we will issue you with a full refund.

Guidelines:
1. Faulty or defective item: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is faulty, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery. We will then provide a replacement (subject to stock), or alternatively, provide you with a full refund.
2. Change of mind: Goods returned to us because of change of mind must be unused and in perfect re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions etc.) otherwise we will not be able to refund you. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. If you instigate a return due to change of mind, you will be responsible for all associated costs due to returning the item.
3. Sale goods: Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty.

Please note, in all instances we shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.
